Another European low-cost airline, Norwegian, is joining Georgia’s aviation market. Norway’s largest airline and the second-largest in Scandinavia will begin operating the Copenhagen-Tbilisi-Copenhagen route in the summer of 2026.
For the first time, there will be direct regular flights between the capitals of Denmark and Georgia. The service will launch on June 27, 2026, with flights operating twice a week.
The launch of direct regular flights between Tbilisi and Copenhagen will significantly improve travel convenience for tourists coming from this region, which is especially welcome.
Until now, there had been no direct air connection between Copenhagen and Tbilisi, with travelers relying instead on flights between Copenhagen and Kutaisi International Airport.
