Day 1: Tbilisi

› Guided tour of the old city. Exploring the beautiful streets of Old Town;

Day 2: Tbilisi - Sighnaghi - Telavi - Tbilisi
Georgia has a centuries old history of producing some of the best, most unique wines around the world, and where better to taste it than in Kakheti—rich in vineyards, boundless valleys, and circled by the imposing Greater Caucasus Mountain Range:

› We’ll take you sightseeing around Sighnaghi, a small but beautiful 18th century town.
› Wine tasting at a traditional Georgian “marani” (winery). You’ll be able to see firsthand how Bio-wine has been produced in Georgia for centuries (UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage).
› Delicious lunch on Chateau Schuchmann’s veranda. Enjoy a selection of wines while you admire the imposing sight of the Greater Caucasus.

Day 3: Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Mukhrani - Tbilisi

Georgia, as one of the world’s oldest Christian countries, is rich in old churches and monasteries. In order to explore this rich history we embark on a journey to the country’s historical heartland Mtskheta, ancient capital of Georgia.
› Tour in Mtskheta’s 11th century grand cathedral Svetitskhoveli, where Jesus Christ’s robe is buried and the beautiful 6th century Jvari Monastery; both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
› Winetasting at Chateau Mukhrani, the history of which dates back to the 16th century. You’ll find the feudal landlord’s house next to the chateau. At the Chateau, you’ll taste some of the finest local wines, famous for combining traditional Georgian and European winemaking techniques to create a unique taste.
