Day 1: Tbilisi

Tbilisi is a true discovery for travelers. For centuries now, it has been the birthplace of Eastern and Western diversity. It charms all who walk its narrow streets, spot the overhanging balconies, gaze upon the colorful neighborhoods that compose the cityscape from the Narikala Fortress, and nurtures its thriving lifestyle.

Day 2: Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Stepantsminda

A day full of adventures awaits: discover the old capital of Georgia and its gorgeous ancient cathedrals at the core of the country’s religious center; then delight in the awesome sight of Georgia’s Greater Caucasus.

› Visit the imposing 11th century Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, where Jesus Christ’s robe has been buried and the beautiful 6th century “Jvari” Monastery, both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
› Enjoy dinner at Rooms Hotel in Stepantsminda. Take in the unforgettable view of snowcapped Mount Kazbek (5,047 m) from the hotel veranda.

Day 3: Stepantsminda - Chardakhi - Tbilisi

A day of unforgettable experiences! We are head on the journey through Europe’s highest mountain range – The Greater Caucasus. Enjoy the bird’s eye view of these mesmerizing peaks, and fly around one of the tallest and most beautiful summits – Mount Kazbek. Breathtaking views of Mt. Kazbegi and its surroundings will leave travels enchanted.

› Take a helicopter ride and enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Caucasus’s many peaks and mountain range. We’ll fly around the beautiful Mount Kazbek. It’s surely an unforgettable experience!
› Time to go winetasting at “Iago’s Marani” where the best Bio-wine is made using traditional Georgian technology – the “Kvevri”, an earthenware vessel. This first class wine is otherwise only found in the select menus of world class restaurants and hotels.

Day 4: Tbilisi - Uplistsikhe - Mukhrani - Tbilisi

If you decide to set off on a journey in time, then you absolutely must visit the unique and ancient city of Uplistsikhe. It was here where, in ancient times, caravans from faraway lands would gather. Uplistsikhe is a well-preserved ancient cave city composed of a network of stone-hewn halls and tunnels built thousands of years ago. After a day of walking along these long traversed trade routes, what could be a better idea than an evening of premium winetasting?

› Sightseeing around Uplistsikhe’s ancient theaters, pharmacy, halls, a three-nave basilica, and cave-dwellings;
› Winetasting at Chateau Mukhrani, which dates back to the 16th century. The mansion, once inhabited by the local feudal landlord, still stands erect today. At the chateau, we’ll taste the finest local wines. Winemaking here has been lauded for its sublime blend of local traditional and international vinification technologies.
